The Role

  • Based at our York office
  • Full time – 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Receptionist point of contact for all visitors
  • Various administrative tasks including general admin assistance for all departments, incoming and outgoing post

You and Your Qualifications

  • Previous reception experience
  • General administrative background
  • Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail
  • Smart appearance
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Must be flexible
  • Team player
