STUDENT STORY – Annabel

After studying business at sixth form, I found I had a keen interest in the financial side of business studies. I started working at Townends in October 2020 and since then, I have gained my level 2 & 3 AAT qualifications. As of now, I am starting to study towards level 4. I’m really enjoying being able to work at Townends while studying at the same time. An apprenticeship gives me real life examples of the things I learn at college and really helps me to fully understand the topics we are studying. I would highly recommend an apprenticeship to anyone wanting to pursue a career in accounting.
