We have a vacancy for a full time Office Administration Assistant
The Job
- Based at our York office
- Full time – 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Various administrative tasks including new client set up, document management, simple processing for
payroll and accounts department, assisting the firms marketing team, incoming and outgoing post. - Receptionist duties in the afternoons and some mornings to cover for absences and holidays. This work
will mean you will be the point of contact for all visitors.
You and Your Qualifications
- General administrative background
- Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Previous reception experience
- Smart appearance
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Must be flexible
- Team player
